Ingredients
- 3-4pcs pears 梨
- 300g sugar 砂糖
- 1L water 水
- half lemon 檸檬
- 5-6pcs gelatin sheet 明膠片
- lemon zest 檸檬屑
- fresh mint 薄荷葉
Instructions
- Peel the pears.
- Add water, sugar (300g) and half lemon in a pan and boil. When the syrup is boiling, add the pears.
- Simmer on low heat until the pears become soft. Test the softness of the pears by fork. Don’t overcook them.
- Remove the pears and lemon from the syrup, discard the lemon. Refridgerate the pears.
- Place the gelatin sheets in cold water to soften.
- Warm the syrup to around 60C, then add the gelatin. Let cool and refridgerate until serving.
- To serve, place the pears and jelly on the plate, decorate with mint and sprinkle with lemon zest.
做法
- 梨去皮。
- 將水、砂糖和半個檸檬放入鍋中煮沸。
- 糖漿沸騰後,加入梨,重新煮沸,轉小火燉至梨變軟。
- 用叉測試梨的柔軟度,不要煮過頭。
- 從糖漿中取出梨和檸檬,丟棄檸檬並將梨放在冰箱中。
- 將明膠片放入冷水中軟化。 將糖漿加熱至 60 攝氏度左右,然後加入明膠並冷卻。 將液體放入冰箱中製成果凍。
- 盛出梨子和果凍,用薄荷葉裝飾,撒上檸檬屑。
