柴火蘿蔔糕

柴火蘿蔔糕

自己不喜歡吃中式糕點,所以過年也很少做,但最近卻做了一底蘿蔔糕,因為被用柴火燒吸引了。

今次去一個農場做,掘蘿蔔、切、煮、生火也是自己去做,十分有農村風味,十分享受整個過程。

蘿蔔是有機栽種,特別清甜,用料也是素料,所以很好吃。
