Bardia National Park [Bird Watching]
清晨到community forest賞鳥，看到了平常在香港少見的雀鳥: barbet, green bee eater, Greater Racket-tailed drongo, red-billed Blue Magpie, Martin, Grey headed woodpecker, cuckoo, warbler等。之後Mr V帶我們去探訪村內一位70歳的瑜珈老師，他也是村內的醫師。 每次Mr V帶客人到森林，也會順便來看病和拿藥粉。藥粉是醫師自家製造，採摘草藥後曬乾再磨成粉，然後分成小包給病人。
回到resort小休和午餐後便出機場，原本坐5點半的航班，最後delay到7點半才起飛，結束熱辣辣的森林之旅。
