This green pepper side dish is very refreshing and tasty seasoned with shio konbu, a kind of shredded seasoned kelp. It is ready to eat and great with rice, stir fry dishes and side dishes.
Ingredients
- 3 Japanese green peppers
10g shio konbu (Japanese seasoned kelp)
10g butter
½ tea spoon lemon juice
How to make
- Remove seeds from the green peppers and cut into thin strings.
- Heat oil and stir fry the green peppers for a few minutes until tender.
- Add butter, lemon juice, shio konbu and stir to mix well.
