Quick and simple donburi (丼).
Ingredients
100g Bean sprout
100g ground beef
½ teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon miso
1 tablespoon cooking wine
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon spicy bean paste
Instructions
- Add ginger in a frying pan. When it is fragrant, add the beef and stir fry.
- When the meat is half cooked, add miso, wine, sugar and bean paste. Stir to combine.
- Add bean sprout and stir fry until cooked. Serve over rice.
