半熟卵 溏心蛋

每次去日式超市購物都會買23盒日本蛋回家,因為做包和餅會用到很多雞蛋。很多時也會烚蛋,食拉麵更少不了溏心蛋,日本蛋的蛋黃橙紅色,不但顏色鮮艶,蛋味也味較香。

將蛋和水一起煮10分鐘,水要蓋過蛋。然後撈起,

大碗放入冰粒和水,將蛋放入浸3-5分鐘。取出剝掉蛋殼即成。
