The orange lemon sauce definitely gives an accent to the grilled tuna fillet.
- 2 pieces tuna fillets
- 1/4 teaspoon each salt & pepper
- olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced shallots
- 2 thyme sprigs
- 2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cold butter
- spinach leaves
- oilive oil
- garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt
- Rub tuna fillets with olive oil, salt & pepper, sear 1-2 minutes on each side. Set aside.
- Cook shallot in olive oil until soft. Add vinegar and thyme, redude by half. Add orange juice and lemon juice, then whisk in butter, season with salt. Strain and set aside.
- Saute garlic in olive oil. Add spinch, lemon juice and season with salt. Let wilt.
