瘋的訓練

連續三個星期除了越野跑及定向比賽,也忙於練單車長課,因為今年將會第一次玩瘋200。就是試一半路程100K已三次了,終於昨天可以在限定時間去到CP3。由於大圍至大埔路段要上單車徑,AV在這些路段會下跌,尤其是由 CP3大圍踩回頭路,下午在大埔單車徑十分高危,有一定難度。
