焼きパプリカの中華サラダ 甜椒沙律

顏色鮮豔的三色椒,單吃配沙律汁簡單又好吃。

材料

  • 各半個 甜椒 (紅、黃、綠)

 

做法

  1. 將甜椒切成圓圈狀,放入平底鑊內用小火加蓋煮2分鐘,上碟。
  2. 中華沙律汁即可。
