薑蔥蓉醬

薑蔥蓉一般點白切雞時才有機會吃,十分惹味。自家製的更健康,調味料和油份量可按囗味調整。

材料

  • 青蔥
  • 海鹽

做法

  1. 將蔥洗淨風乾,切碎加鹽伴勻。
  2. 將薑磨成泥,加入油和糖拌勻,倒進小鍋內用小火加熱2、3分鐘即可。
