Spaghetti Napolitan スパゲッティーナポリタン

February 21, 2017

Sounds like Italian pasta, but it’s actually Japanese style pasta. This dish is very popular in old fashioned coffee shops in Japan. In the old days when there are no modern coffee shops, people like to hang around for a cup of syphon coffee and a cigarette . These little coffee shops serve some traditional western style Japanese dishes such as omelette rice, curry rice, hotcakes, sandwiches and a variety of coffee. This is a simple and tasty dish that you can always cook at home.

Ingredients serves 2

200g 1.7mm spaghetti

2 Japanese green pepper, sliced

2 wiener sausages or bacon, sliced
