到了夏天,又是時候用水果來做菜了。今次用了草莓做salsa醬,再加點Balsamic Glaze,味道清新,沒有油膩感,和那塊厚厚的豬扒很匹配。   附食譜  —–>

Balsamic Glazed Pork Chop with Strawberry Salsa 豬扒配草莓沙沙醬

材料:

  • 去骨豬扒         2塊
  • 岩鹽、黑胡椒  少許
  • 意大利甜醋醬  2湯匙(Balsamic Glaze)

草莓沙沙醬材料 (Strawberry Salsa):

  • 蒜蓉                 1/2湯匙
  • 細香蔥             1/2茶匙 (Chive)
  • 百里香             1/2茶匙 (Thyme)
  • 洋芫茜             1/2茶匙 (Parsley)
  • 紅椒粉             1/8茶匙 (Red Pepper Flakes)
  • 檸檬屑             1-1/2茶匙 (Lemon Zest)
  • 草莓                 (半杯)
  • 鹽                    少許

Strawberry Salsa topped pork chop

做法:

  1. 豬扒用少許岩鹽和黑胡椒醃片刻,草莓切碎,檸檬刨屑備用。
  2. 將草莓沙沙醬材料混合,加入草莓拌勻,放置15分鐘。加入少許鹽調味。
  3. 豬扒放平底鑊煎香,每邊約3分鐘或至金黃色,盛起。上面淋上少許Balsamic Glaze,和Strawberry Salsa即成。
