鮪魚粥

營養豐富又美味的吞拿魚粥,在週末遲起床時可當brunch吃。

材料: (2人份)

  • 白飯                 170g
  • 罐頭吞拿魚      80g
  • 紅蘿蔔             50g
  • 蛋黃                 1隻
  • 葱(切碎)           適量
  • 海苔碎             少許
  • 水                    400ml
  • 鹽                    ¼茶匙
  • 胡椒粉             少許

做法:

  1. 紅蘿蔔切碎備用,吞拿魚隔去水份備用。
  2. 把白飯和水放煲內煮滾。
  3. 待飯粒膨脹後,加入紅蘿蔔及魚煮滾。湯汁收乾後放鹽及胡椒粉調味,再放上蛋黃、海苔及蔥花即成。
