夏天湯水 [花旗參玉竹湯]

功效:清熱健脾

材料:(3~4人份)

  • 花旗參                        19g
  • 玉竹                            19g
  • 淮山                            19g
  • 無花果                        5粒
  • 豬展                            半斤

做法:

  1. 豬展氽水,淮山用淸水浸透,其餘材料洗淨。
  2. 放入所有材料(花旗參除外),加清水15碗煲2小時。花旗參在最後半小時才下煲。
